Most of us struggle at times. When the struggle lingers, or when significant or traumatic events prevent us from functioning as well as we want, therapy can help. Most of my clients are wrestling with a combination of anxiety, sadness/depression, relationship problems, or the impact of trauma or other challenging life events. Some are struggling to identify what is most important or meaningful in life. Others are clear about their values or goals, but struggle with barriers to reaching them such as fear, avoidance, or doubt. In therapy, I aim to provide a sense of understanding, acceptance, and challenge to help you make the changes you want for yourself. Throughout our work, your perspective matters, and the new perspectives you learn to take matter too.
